What discounts can I get when using Eko taxi services?

Every Monday and Tuesday Eko taxi and Mastercard give you 50% discount for paying with Mastercard in the App, while on other days you get 10% discount for in-App payments with Mastercard or for contactless payments with Mastercard or Maestro card in the vehicle.

What cards can I register in the App?

The App enables payments with American Express, Diners, Visa and Mastercard. Maestro debit card is not possible to register. Usage of token is mandatory to register Mastercard.

What is estimated transfer price in the App?

Estimated price shown in the App represents the price calculated according to the valid price list published on the WEB page of the Service provider. It is calculated by using distance and average time of travel parameters. Actual price can vary depending on traffic conditions and in accordance with that the price will be calculated according to the price list published on the WEB page of the Service provider.

How can I change my telephone number in the App?

Considering that the number is connected with customer account, to change the number is important to send a request for a change via email: info@ekotaxi.hr

When are the Fix prices applicable?

Fix prices are applicable for transfers from Zagreb Airport to the destinations within Zagreb city and for return rides. Zagreb citizens located northerly from the Sava river can get to the Zagreb Airport at the price of 100,00 Kuna. Citizens located southerly can get to the airport at the price of 85,00 Kuna. In case of return transfers, fixed prices are 130 Kuna for northern parts of Zagreb, and 115 Kuna for southern parts of Zagreb. After landing, it is enough to order Eko taxi at one of our phone numbers (1414, 060 77 77 and/or *TAXI). Fix prices are only available for orders via telephone, email or web form and are valid for transfers from start point to the first destination. If a passenger demands transport to the third destination, the price will be calculated by taximeter.

Where can I send a complaint on a service and when to expect the reply?

You are able to send a complaint via email: prigovor@ekotaxi.hr. You will receive a reply within a legal deadline of 15 days.

How can I order car seat for a child?

Car seat can be ordered via telephone number or via mail reservation@ekotaxi.hr minimum 1h in advance.

I am in a need for a pet transfer, how can I order a ride of this type?

Pet transfer can be ordered via telephone number or via mail reservation@ekotaxi.hr minimum 1h in advance.

Can I order the ride a few days or weeks in advance?

Yes, you can by sending an email at reservation@ekotaxi.hr or by telephone, depending on the city you are located in. Please, take into consideration that orders via email have to be done minimum 1h in advance.
